SEALING (ABANDONING) UNUSED WELLS

 Your current name, address and telephone number
 The property address where the old well is located
 The property owner of that address if you do not own the property
 Do you know where the well is located?
 Do you know the depth and diamter of your well?
 Is the well located inside the house or outside?
 Is the well is in the basement, is it in a well room?
 Are there any obstructions to the well - a ceiling, porch overhang, tree, overhead wires, gutters, etc.? The well needs to be rig-accessible from above in order to remove any pipes or pumps from inside the well. If the well is under steps, look for glass block in the steps and then look for power lines and overhangs above the well.
 Look at the pictures below and determine which type of pump you have - deep well jet (two-pipe type or Packer type) or
    a shallow well jet.
 Does the casing (pipe) come up from the floor or does it come out of the side of the wall?
 If you know that your well is buried outside of your house, are you able to expose the well or will you need Barott Drilling
    Services to do that? Will Barott Drilling Services need to bring in a backhoe to expose the well?
